I’d love to hear from you.
Whether you have questions about peer support, want to learn more about my groups or one-on-one sessions, are looking for resources, or simply want to reach out and connect, you’re welcome to contact me using the form below.
I created Unlock Psych because I know how isolating psychiatric trauma can be. Sometimes we spend years carrying experiences that feel difficult to explain to other people. Sometimes we just need someone to point us in the right direction. Sometimes we need connection.
Whatever brings you here, I’m glad you found your way to this space.
I do my best to respond to messages as soon as I can, and most replies are sent within 24 to 48 hours.
Other Ways To Connect
In addition to contacting me through this form, you’re also welcome to join our online community.
Our community is hosted on Skool, where survivors connect with one another, participate in discussions, attend meetings, share resources, and support each other through life’s challenges.
Some of the most meaningful conversations happen between meetings, and I love seeing people build genuine connections with one another there.
If you’re already part of the community, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly through Skool as well.
A Quick Note About Support
I want to be transparent about what this contact form is and what it isn’t.
This form is a way to connect with me, ask questions, learn about services, explore resources, or become involved in the community.
It is not monitored continuously, and I may not see your message right away.
If you’re going through a difficult moment and need support sooner, I encourage you to reach out to people you trust, members of your support network, peer support communities, warm lines, or other support resources that align with your needs and values.
You can also explore the resources listed on my Resources page, where I’ve gathered peer support organizations, support groups, and additional options for connection.
Your Safety Matters
I know many people who find their way to Unlock Psych have had painful experiences with psychiatric systems and may be looking for alternatives that feel safer, more respectful, and more aligned with their values.
Whatever your experiences have been, I want you to know that your wellbeing matters.
Your voice matters.
Your choices matter.
Your safety matters.
Please take care of yourself in whatever ways feel supportive and accessible to you.
And if you’d like to connect, ask a question, or simply introduce yourself, I’d be happy to hear from you.
