Being hospitalized can feel overwhelming, especially when it happens suddenly or without choice. This kit was created to help you feel a little more prepared, grounded, and supported if you ever face psychiatric hospitalization.
The items included are meant to:
- Provide comfort during a difficult time
- Help you stay connected to your sense of self
- Remind you that you are not alone in this experience
Every person’s needs are different, so feel free to adjust this kit to what feels right for you. Think of it as a toolbox for resilience — something small but meaningful to hold onto when the environment feels disempowering.
